West Falmouth Baking Company was created in 2006 by Linda Steele. She sells her baked goods each summer at Coonamessett Farm in Falmouth. She has been featured in Gail Blakely’s Food Column, has taught a baking class called Fun & Fabulous Food through Falmouth Night School and a cooking demonstration at Highfield Hall.
Linda's written a small (cozy) cookbook called "Meet Me in My Cape Cod Kitchen" and an essay called "Comforts of Baking" for Cape Cod Magazine in the November/December 2010 issue.
She's created two unique cookies: Dreamy Island Cookies & Celebration Cookies! (They are both delicious!)

Linda has a number of signature recipes. Her Lemon Cake is delicious. It's so moist and has a half cup of fresh lemon juice. People who don't even like Lemon Cake-have claimed they like hers.
She enjoys teaching English Composition and Literature at MA Maritime Academy and enjoys writing Freelance Articles for various publications.
Linda sells her baked goods at the Coonamessett Farm Store in Falmouth from Memorial Day to Labor Day each season.
Her greatest passion is the raising (& cooking and baking for) her three children.
